Absolutely. We offer various sizes, from 20-lb washers for small loads up to 80-lb giants for bulky items — pick the size that fits your laundry.
Wash and Fold Questions
You can drop off your clothes for us to wash and fold anytime between 11:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Most items are neatly folded, and shirts/dresses are hung.
We use only premium brand detergents when we launder your clothes.

Need it sooner? Choose our Express Same-Day Service for $1.99 per lb.
There is a $20 minimum per order.
Our wash and fold service has a next-day turnaround. We also offer same-day turnaround, but you must drop off your clothes before 1:00 p.m.
Absolutely — we sort all orders by color and fabric type before washing.
No. We never mix orders.
Your items are tagged, washed, and dried separately from other customers’ laundry. We sort lights/darks, follow your care notes, and can use hypoallergenic or fragrance-free detergents on request. Bulky items (like comforters) are handled on their own cycles.

Pickup and Delivery Questions
We offer pickup and delivery laundry service Monday through Thursday. Need service on another day? We can often accommodate special requests — just give us a call or send a message.
We currently serve Lilburn, Norcross, Tucker, and nearby areas. You can check your ZIP code on our website or contact us to confirm availability.
If you sign up for weekly or biweekly service, the cost is only $1.69/lb. If you only want to use our service from time to time, it is $1.89/lb.

There is a $35 minimum order for pickup and delivery service. The pickup and delivery are free.
It is simple! Just click on the "Schedule a Pickup" button and input your information.
Your washed and folded clothes will be returned to you depending on your area. Please give us a call if you need your laundry back the next day.

You are not required to be home to use our service. Just let us know what secure location you will be leaving your laundry, so our driver knows where to find your laundry bag(s). You can note this in the Driver's Notes section when you place your order.
Let us know in Preferences if you like your laundry done a certain way. We will be happy to oblige.
We do not ask you to sign any type of contract. You can quit service at any time because we know that you will stay with us as long as we continue to give you outstanding service.
When you place your order, we will ask for your credit card information. Your card will not be charged until your laundry is completed.
We suggest putting your laundry in a laundry bag or trash bag. Be sure that the bag can be cinched closed so that no laundry can escape!
You can always log into your account and suspend your service until you return from your vacation.
Yes! You can set up recurring pickups on your preferred schedule — weekly or biweekly. We’ll remind you before each visit.
We operate rain or shine! In case of severe weather, we’ll contact you to reschedule at your convenience.
No fees — just let us know at least 2 hours before your scheduled pickup to reschedule or cancel.
Yes! You can leave your laundry in a designated spot — we’ll handle everything contact-free and text you once it’s picked up.
Of course. Just separate or label them, and we’ll handle them with extra care according to their wash instructions.
Yes — we inspect each order and lightly treat visible stains before washing. Let us know if there’s something specific you’d like us to focus on.
We use premium detergents that are safe for sensitive skin. Fragrance-free or hypoallergenic options are available upon request.
