I've been utilizing 786 Hello Laundry's pickup and delivery service for the past couple of months and I couldn't be any more pleased with the quality of service that I've received thus far. The entire process, at least for my pickup location, takes 48-hours or less and I'm informed via email (or text) regarding the progress of each step in that process. It is so nice to have great smelling, freshly folded clothes dropped off at my door. All that remains is for me to transfer the clean clothes to my closet / clothes drawers. This is one of those fantastic, quality of life improving services that I wish I had taken advantage of years ago. Thank you!

I used 786 Hello Laundry to clean a 9x12 Ruggable washable rug. The rug looks and smells great, and the experience was amazing. You need to make an appointment to drop off and pick up but this was very easy. While I did not use the laundry machines myself, I looked around when picking up my rug and the machines are super clean and the building is fresh and bright.

We use their wash and fold service. We’ve been with them for about a year now. Great service! Extremely professional! Highly recommend! They have made the process very easy and smooth for us! They pick up and drop off our laundry in a timely manner, never has been a hassle. They also do dry cleaning as well! So we haven’t had to worry about the laundry aspect of things at all! Their pickup and delivery service is also in-house, which was extremely important for us when we were looking for a wash and fold service. The other wash and fold services in the area all use 3rd parties like uber or DoorDash and we didn’t want just any stranger to have access to our clothes. They are also family and locally owned! We am really appreciative of their level of communications as well. They will let us know everything and even fix problems that might’ve been our fault. They have also always been able to accommodate us whenever we needed- type of clothing, needed the delivery earlier etc. life is very unpredictable so I am very grateful towards them. Their pricing is pretty competitive and fair but provides way better service. They have been such an important part of our lives running smoothly. We definitely feel like we are part of a family. They care for our clothes as if it’s their own.
