They pick up and drop off our laundry in a timely manner, never has been a hassle. They also do dry cleaning as well! So we haven’t had to worry about the laundry aspect of things at all! Their pickup and delivery service is also in-house, which was extremely important for us when we were looking for a wash and fold service. The other wash and fold services in the area all use 3rd parties like uber or DoorDash and we didn’t want just any stranger to have access to our clothes. They are also family and locally owned! We am really appreciative of their level of communications as well. They will let us know everything and even fix problems that might’ve been our fault. They have also always been able to accommodate us whenever we needed- type of clothing, needed the delivery earlier etc. life is very unpredictable so I am very grateful towards them. Their pricing is pretty competitive and fair but provides way better service. They have been such an important part of our lives running smoothly. We definitely feel like we are part of a family.
